Customer Pick Up

We will load and secure your merchandise to the best of our ability. Since we have no control over the type of vehicle or packing materials for self delivery, we do not accept any responsibility for damages incurred after the merchandise leaves our loading area.

Ensuring your delivery is a successful experience

We will make every effort to meet a reasonable time schedule, generally providing a two hour delivery window. Our delivery team will set-up and assemble all merchandise being delivered. We can not move existing furniture in your home, so it is best that the area where you want your new furniture placed is clear. We will remove and dispose of your old mattress and foundation when purchasing the same. However, due to insurance liability and space constraints, our delivery team cannot deliver your old furniture to another address, nor move/set up any electronic equipment.

Customer Service

We thoroughly inspect all merchandise prior to delivery on our truck. If you notice something that requires touch up or minor adjustment after delivery, please notify your sales consultant immediately. Convenient arrangements will be made to correct the problem. Service involving parts relevant to manufacturers warranties may require delays beyond our control, but we will always strive to minimize the delay and keep you informed.

Manufacturers warranties apply to most home furnishings today, and vary depending on the type product. We honor and perform all service within the limits of the manufacturers warranty. We do offer a supplemental furniture warranty plan that can be purchased before your furniture is delivered to your home. This extended warranty plan provides comprehensive coverage to protect your investment from everyday household accidents not covered by factory warranties.

Return Policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction with your furniture purchase. We will gladly arrange reselection, or if necessary a full refund of the purchase price within three days of purchase provided the furniture is returned in the original condition. We can not refund delivery charges, and must charge a pick up fee for all returns. Bedding and clearance items are non refundable. Returned special custom orders are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Availability Policy

Furniture is manufactured to specific production schedules. Merchandise not in our usual store stocking assortment can take 8 weeks or longer depending on production schedules. After an order is in production, any cancellation will result in loss of deposit
